About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor Cawangan cum Sales to join our dynamic team at Cakna Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our branch office and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the branch office to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Overseeing the work of customer service agents and travel consultants to maintain high standards of customer service
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the local market
• Providing training and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on branch performance
• Liaising with the head office to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the travel and tourism industry
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
