Supervise and assist Executive, Operation for Carpark & Mall Operations Management. Assisting in monitoring the soft service operations malls to ensure all running smoothly without have any interruption at the common public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling/Routine rounding in carpark bay.
- To attend any issue or breakdown related to Carpark i.e system, hardware etc
- To attend for any inquiry pertaining to Carpark matters
- Record daily data i.e daily vehicle counting etc
- Supervise Carpark Assistant in daily operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly carpark report.
- To monitor overall Carpark Management System and liaise with Carpark service provider. Responsible to monitor and randomly check to all soft services area’s malls.
- To check and ensure outsources Operator of soft services submitted a report daily / weekly and monthly.
- Ensure the soft service facilities and machineries are well maintaining.
- Be responsible to attend all call through hotline operations telephone to assist the needed. Responsible to monitor daily manage waste matter.
- Compiling outsources Operator daily report and filling by proper method.
- Submit supervisor report daily and prepare incident report for unusual matter to superior.
- To assist Executive operations task in the absent of Executive Ad-hoc duties will be assigned with related operations duties from time to time.
To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge or skills as listed below:
- Diploma Business administration/SPM or equivalent field.
- Any professional course attended that are related to this position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
