JOB PURPOSE
• Plan, develop, manage, implement & control Co-Track applications related to in-house applications (CPT, 3R-CPT, EDAS, OCMS, PMS, SMS) & external systems by clients (WinPCS, Easy Piping, Easy Plant, PWCS) for projects. Ensure the Co-Track System is reliable and beneficial during phases of Construction, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Hook-Up activities across all disciplines (Structural Supports, Pipe Supports, E&I Supports, NDT, Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instruments, Telecomm, HVAC, Fire & Gas, Architectural). All documentation for specific systems, buildings & areas should be prepared for handover to the client in accordance with project requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure initial project structure, settings, user access & profiles based on project standards for CoTrack (CPT, 3R-CPT, EDAS, OCMS, PMS, SMS & external client’s systems).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems to fulfill business objectives and processes.
- Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and system goals, and to resolve related issues.
- Design new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems, with confirmation from the project team.
- Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to ensure system functionality aligns with MMHE's exact flow and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for new and modified systems. Monitor and test system performance.
- Provide orientation and training to end users for all new and modified systems. Provide guidance and assign tasks to System Engineers.
- Manage databases for each discipline, including data changes (new data, revisions, deletions), to maintain the latest information accessible to the project team.
- Prepare discipline-specific reports for quality control, inspection, preservation, certificates, punch lists, and reporting activities related to construction, commissioning, warehouse, and material coordination.
- Ensure documentation and databases of Co-Track systems are handed over according to project procedures and schedules.
- Monitor updates of latest drawings, acceptance activities, and system completion status using CPT, CPT-3R, OCMS, PMS, SMS systems, involving relevant teams.
- Ensure all mechanical completion and pre-commissioning documents are input and archived in OCMS; preservation documents in PMS; MSL & COG in SMS.
- Ensure all project parties utilize the systems effectively, generate necessary documents, and use barcode/sticker systems to reduce progress capture time.
- Control incoming & outgoing documents, classify, sort, file, archive, and retrieve documents according to project indexing and filing systems for handover.
- Support users and troubleshoot incidents & requests across departments. Conduct training for first-time users.
- Ensure OCMS provides accurate progress/performance reports to management and clients for informed decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Engineering, ICT, or equivalent.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in heavy engineering or the oil & gas industry.
