Overview

Teacher’s primary responsibility is to facilitate learning by designing and delivering engaging lessons, imparting knowledge, and nurturing students' growth.

Responsibilities

1. Teach multiple subjects across primary and secondary levels, fostering academic growth and subject mastery.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and facilitate academic progress.
3. Provide individualized assistance to students, guiding their academic progress and addressing learning challenges.
4. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to address learning challenges.
6. Regularly communicate with parents to discuss student progress and create a collaborative approach to support learning.
7. Maintain an organized and resourceful classroom environment.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; fresh graduates or those with previous teaching experience preferred.
2. Capable of teaching a minimum of three subjects across primary and secondary levels with subject expertise.
3. Passion for working with children and dedication to their growth and development.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
5. Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance learning experiences.
6. Flexibility, patience, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
7. Possess own transportation.

Salary

RM 1, 700.00 – RM 2, 500.00
