Pilatique Malaysia is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a friendly, upbeat, and proactive Studio Coordinator to join our team full-time! You’ll be the heart of the studio – welcoming clients, keeping things running smoothly, and making every visit a great one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the first smile our clients see – in person, on the phone, and via text.

Manage appointment bookings, client check-ins, and payments with ease.

Keep records and databases updated and organized.

Support our instructors and Studio Manager with day-to-day studio operations.

Handle retail inquiries and sales like a champ.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing studio environment.

Jump in to assist with admin and other tasks as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

A great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Organized, detail-oriented, and a multitasking superstar.

Fluent in English and at least one mother tongue language.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer tools.

Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.

Ready to grow, take on challenges, and be part of something bigger.
