SEGi University is seeking a motivated Student Affairs Assistant to coordinate events, manage student activities, and support new students. The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to fostering an engaging campus environment. Suitable candidates must possess at least a diploma and relevant experience in student affairs.

• To organise and coordinate talks, workshops, and events for students.
• To oversee the organisation and planning of the student annual dinner, including performances by students and ticket sales.
• To manage student representative teams for sports tournaments.
• To conduct briefing and orientation programmes for new students.
• To encourage students to set up clubs and societies and serve as an advisor whenever necessary.
Requirements:
• Minimum a Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of related working experience.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to work and deadlines.
