Job summary

TGS International Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Site Manager – Structured Cabling Projects to lead and coordinate cabling installs in commercial buildings, offices, and data centres. You will manage onsite activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and oversee small to mid-size projects or contribute to larger programs under a Project Manager.

The role requires proven structured cabling experience, Cat6/Cat6a knowledge, team leadership, and strong client liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the structured cabling industry; data centre and office environments.
• Cat6/Cat6a cabling knowledge and practices.
• Experience leading teams on project-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineers and supervisors to complete cabling installations to spec, on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site Health & Safety duties, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Attend client meetings, document key actions, and ensure timely follow-up and implementation.
• Prepare and present progress reports, update site drawings and maintain project documentation.
