Structure Supply Engineer (H/F) - AIRBUS CUSTOMER SERVICES SDN BHD

Job Description: You will be part of the Supply Engineering team and will contribute as a key stakeholder of the Customer Care Centre in resolving supply-related topics (A/C structural parts, systems, tooling) to support, satisfy, and retain our customers. Your technical expertise and advice will enable the best possible supply solutions for our customers and stakeholders. Your main stakeholders include the Customer Care Centre (Daily & Major Repairs), Satair, and PMRS. You will provide cross-programme and cross-natco support in collaboration with the Supply Engineering team, ensuring multi-ATA competence.

  • Answer spares engineering queries via TechRequest.
  • Assist external suppliers with technical knowledge and data supply.
  • Answer technical queries supporting Satair procurement teams.
  • Identify and analyze alternative part numbers.
  • Handle obsolete raw materials and manufacturing processes with Engineering team support.
  • Provide stakeholders with required data through the DEX process.
  • Offer technical support to suppliers.
  • Manage creation/update of master data in local SAP tools as delegated.
  • Check production/FAL stocks and trigger Production Parts Rob process with approval from local Spares engineering teams.
  • Trigger leasing and exchange processes with SATAIR (IRSS).
  • Identify unknown suppliers.
  • Perform stock checks for Satair, FAL, and suppliers directly or indirectly (with 1S support).
  • Ensure completion of administrative supply engineering tasks.
  • Prepare RDTS for ICY coverage and installation of alternative P/N not documented by Airbus.
  • Uphold Airbus Values, Leadership Model, and Code of Conduct, setting an example and promoting awareness.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by superiors.
