Job Description:
  1. Handle and resolve all technical queries, including providing answers to customers.
  2. Trigger and follow-up on corrective actions.
  3. Ensure compliance with KPIs (e.g., OTD).
  4. Deliver technical solutions to customers for in-service issues.
  5. Consolidate and analyze in-service data from customers.
  6. Support Continued Airworthiness (Part 21 compliance) if applicable.

This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, serving as the foundation for the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
