Job Summary / 职位概述

我们正在招聘一名 结构工程师（工业厂房项目），主要负责工业厂房及相关建筑项目的设计审核、施工监督和合规保障。该岗位需要具备扎实的结构工程技术能力，熟悉马来西亚建筑规范，并能够有效协调顾问、业主及政府部门的工作。

Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Review and approve structural design drawings to ensure compliance with Malaysian codes and strength requirements. 审核结构设计图纸，确保符合马来西亚技术规范及设计强度要求。
• Supervise key construction processes and critical structural nodes on site. 监督施工现场关键节点工艺与施工质量。
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and durability standards. 确保施工符合安全、质量及耐久性标准。
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities. 协调业主顾问及政府部门的工作。
• Assess and mitigate risks related to CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) approval. 研判并管控 CCC 完工与合规环节的风险。
• Provide technical support during procurement and construction planning stages. 在采购及施工策划阶段提供技术支持。
• Participate in inspections, testing, and structural quality certifications. 参与结构检测、验收及质量认证。
• Support Project Manager in overall delivery and cross-functional coordination. 协助项目经理完成整体交付及跨部门协调。
• Perform other duties related to structural engineering as assigned. 完成与结构工程相关的其他任务。

Job Requirements / 任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. 结构工程、土木工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural design review or site supervision. 至少 3–5 年结构设计审核或施工监督相关经验。
• Familiar with Malaysian building codes, Eurocodes, and relevant engineering standards. 熟悉马来西亚建筑规范、欧码及相关工程标准。
• Solid technical knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures. 具备钢结构与钢筋混凝土结构的扎实技术知识。
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to liaise with consultants and government bodies. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能对接顾问及政府部门。
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to site conditions, and travel if required. 能承受压力，适应现场环境，并能根据需要出差。
• Preferred: Mandarin-speaking candidates with prior experience in Chinese enterprise projects. 优先考虑会中文，且有中资企业项目经验的候选人。
