Job description

Assist Project Director / Manager in oversee the project, planning and ensure works is carried and according to master program.

Ensure all standards operating procedure comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with architects, project managers to develop integrated design solutions.

Review project specification, tender clarification and construction drawings.

Ensuring design compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Providing technical support and advice throughout the construction process

Contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes and documentation

Architect Engineering Job Description:

Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop integrated building designs.

Analyze structural, mechanical, and electrical systems to optimize building performance.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Evaluate building materials and construction methods for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality assurance.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in structural design or architecture, preferably in the construction industry

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Malaysia

Required language English, Malay. Mandarin is an advantage
