FEM Consulting Engineers Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer to assist in analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures across commercial buildings, factories and solar facilities.

You will prepare design calculations, reports and drawings, coordinate with architects and clients, and contribute to project discussions. Fresh graduates welcome; 3 years of experience preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of fundamental structural engineering principles.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structural Designer and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a Civil & Structural consultancy firm will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

Assist in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.

Work on various projects, including commercial buildings, factories, solar farms and power supply buildings.

Assist in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures

Prepare structural design calculations, technical reports and engineering drawings

Participate in project coordination and technical discussions

Coordinate with architects, clients and other project consultants to ensure smooth project execution

Assist in addressing technical matters related to structural design and project implementation

About you

Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Good understanding of fundamental structural engineering principles

Responsible, proactive and willing to learn

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Good communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structural Designer and AutoCAD will be an added advantage
