Qualifications

Job Description

What you’ll do:As Strategy Manager, Connected Solutions, your digital media, data-informed consumer understanding, andmarketing expertise will be essential to supporting and inspiring strategic direction on key client engagements,together with Strategy lead.

Demonstrating an intimate understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology, you will play acentral role in developing effective programmes and experiences relevant to consumers’ needs and aligned to clients’business ambitions, through an orchestrated system of paid and owned channels.

Day-to-day, your role will include:

  • Analysing and gaining strong consumer data-informed insights around content engagement, media interaction,consumption and devices, to build effective strategies on Consumer Experiences, CRM & Loyalty, andCommerce.
  • Developing data-driven and actionable plans using consumer journeys and audience segmentation to identifyhigh-impact moments for brands to connect across multi channels, including but not limited to digital, social,website, email, instant messaging, push notifications.
  • Designing orchestrated systems of communications and consumer experiences, partnering with media planners,data analysts and creative teams to bring innovative connected campaign architectures to life.
  • Uncover unique insights and direction with data analysis that inspire and create consumer and business impact,keeping a pulse on marketing technology and Consumer trends.
  • Partner with client to develop innovative and meaningful member benefits, programmes or featureimprovements that differentiate the brand and delight consumer, anchored on familiarity with adtech andmartech tools and platforms.
  • Partnering with other capabilities across the agency (Business leads, Data, Technology, Experience Design andother teams) to determine strategy needs, develop and facilitate implementation of solutions and programmes.
Responsibilities

This exciting and important role requires strong work experience (5-7 years; min. degree holder), including a track record of impactful work and professional ingenuity – which means you are:

  • A digitally-savvy marketer with a depth of knowledge in digital strategy and multi-channel consumer journeyplanning across digital, social, CRM, eCommerce. Experience in automotive, financial services, FMCG/ F&B,Healthcare/ Nutrition and Hospitality, an advantage.
  • A strong analytical thinker with deep experience in using consumer and digital platform data tools (egComscore, Google Analytics, GlobalWebIndex, Social Analytics), and demonstrated use of data to solveunique business challenges in support of all Marketing activities (CRM, Loyalty, Social and eCommerce).
  • An imaginative strategist who could develop actionable strategic plans using data to inform consumersegmentations and the consumer experience to be delivered, which drives positive business impacts.
  • A trend-watcher who is forever curious about digital behavior and cultural shifts, with a talent for translatingopportunities into smart, persuasive points of view.
  • An engaging storyteller who brings a presentation to life in an articulate, straightforward and compelling way.
  • A familiar user of adtech and martech tools and platforms including Salesforce, CDPs, Adobe, SAP orequivalent, is a plus.
  • An all-around professional with exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills, and theflexibility to adapt quickly to change.
