What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic direction of core products including Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card, and Pay.
• Assist the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives to drive success.
• Develop deep expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments, etc.
• Optimize pricing strategies for core products using Excel modeling and data insights.
• Conduct market research and develop thematic memos to advise on strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to reporting.
• Draft requirements for new products or features.
• Analyze product KPIs to recommend improvements for revenue and engagement.
• Evaluate and pursue strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Project business results and discuss strategic implications with management.

What We Look For

• Key traits include intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, structured thinking, quick learning, initiative, and proactive attitude.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in fields like management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or equity research.
