About the role

You will work with the senior leadership to conduct analysis and formulate recommendations to facilitate decision-making, co-develop plans to implement strategic priorities, and support implementation of strategies.

Your key responsibilities

  • Conduct research and due diligence into strategic and tactical opportunities, including through conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Synthesize findings and translate analysis into insights
  • Communicate findings and insights in a clear, structured manner
  • Co-develop and prioritize recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Facilitate implementation planning for strategic priorities including the structuring initiatives, defining KPIs, developing timelines, and formulating resource requests
  • Support change management related to implementation of strategic priorities including assisting with initiatives to build buy-in and conviction in strategy
  • Support regular reporting and facilitate problem solving of issues related to implementation of strategic priorities

The ideal candidate

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Has at least 2 years of analytical experience, e.g., as a business, finance, or consulting analyst
  • Possesses good financial modelling ability and sound business judgement
  • Is an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Able to build and maintains trust-based relationships across functions
  • Is comfortable communicating and making recommendations to senior leaders
  • Is a self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Has a solid problem-solving ability
