Analyse external and internal data to provide insights that support informed strategic decisions.
Assist in planning and developing new strategies and tactical processes to meet organisation’s objectives.
Monitor and report on the key metrics and strategic initiatives.
Assist in managing interdependencies and linkages between projects.
Assist in facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Assist in facilitating resolution of issues and mitigation of risks.
Evaluate effectiveness of the strategies and recommend changes as needed.
Other ad hoc duties that support the department activities.
Job Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field with an analytical focus.
At least 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in project management, data analytics, audit, consultancy or other related field.
Strong Office365 skills including Excel, Power Point and Word.
Familiarity with VBA, data analytics tools, or Power BI is an advantage.
Able to set priorities and work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Requires critical thinking, problem solving, planning & orgnisation skills as a significant part of the job.
Practices active listening and teamwork to enable team’s success.
Curious, adaptable and enthusiastic to drive innovation.
