Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement for materials, equipment, services and packages. You will work across project and operations environments, ensuring timely delivery and commercial competitiveness.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or procurement, including RFx, bid evaluation, negotiation and close-out, with strong vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in supply chain and/or procurement across project/operations environments.
• 1–2 years' experience managing sourcing and procurement from RFx through award and delivery.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement including RFx, bid evaluation, negotiation, award, expediting and close-out.
• Good knowledge of industrial products and procurement specifications, including bulk materials, engineered items, spares and services.
