Job summary

A global leader in coffee and tea is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain professional in Johor. The role involves managing customer service levels and inventories while planning the supply from the Johor Instant Plant. You'll coordinate with multiple departments, develop capacity plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3-6 years of experience in supply chain roles, particularly with knowledge of APO, SAP, and capacity planning tools. Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of experience in supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of a manufacturing network is preferred.
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of finished goods to ensure customer service levels.
• Coordinate supply planning with multiple departments.
• Lead monthly Supply meetings and contribute to regional reviews.
• Monitor daily performance and drive improvements.
