Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Strategic Supply Chain Manager located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products.
• Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
• Checks materials related to data research.
• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
• Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
• Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
• Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Skill(s): Costing, customer interface
