Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to assist the Product Management team with end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory management, licence renewals, and certifications for overseas markets.

You will help optimize processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time launches while maintaining high service levels and cost control. Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
• Experience with product certification, licence renewal, or overseas factories/suppliers is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing supply chain strategies to meet KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate planning, logistics, and warehousing activities for smooth flow of goods.
