Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Management, or related field.
• MCIPS or WorldCC certification is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience Engineering and Manufacturing capital equipment purchase and managed services is an added advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract law and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: lead sourcing strategies, RFx, negotiating terms, and contract lifecycle.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Cost Reduction & Process Improvement: identify cost savings and process improvements with KPIs.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align procurement with goals.
• Contract Management: manage contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination.
• Budgeting & Financial Analysis: develop budgets, forecast spend, and analyze data for savings.
• AI acumen: use AI tools for spend analytics and automated workflows.
