Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, procurement or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with minimum 5-7 years in procurement, product/project management or hardware/software development.
• Strong contract negotiations skills and understanding of key commercial terms.
• Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal and external leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive electro‑mechanical category strategy.
• Lead supplier negotiations within a strategic contractual framework.
• Manage supplier relationships including performance, capability development, capacity planning, risk and quality improvements.
• Identify cost savings through negotiations, alternate sourcing and cost optimization.
• Ensure components supply continuity and drive strategic projects to improve cost, quality and delivery.
