Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.

• Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver sourcing solutions.
• Identify new suppliers to drive cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contracts.
• Support sustainability and diversity initiatives within the supply base.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects and present reports to senior management.
