Purpose
Manages discrete strategic pieces by working directly with business partners. Drives and supports the development of high-quality recommendations leading to increased business value.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage portions of an assigned Strategy module or work stream with minimal oversight, aiming for successful high-quality outcomes.
- Manage own work by breaking down tasks into meaningful deliverables, understanding their role within the broader strategy and Group context. Interact independently with junior internal and external business partners.
- Identify problem areas and opportunities, perform gap analyses to derive insights, and develop actionable recommendations to drive KPIs.
- Derive insights and develop recommendations through issue identification, data gathering, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Support data collection, analytics, and problem structuring, utilizing internal/external input and industry insights.
- Lead the development of high-quality recommendations and proposals aimed at increasing business value with minimal support.
- Recommend and support CAO and team in coordinating activities, ad-hoc projects, and process improvements to support business growth in Takaful Agency.
- Handle agency contest queries independently, ensuring they are well-prepared, communicated, and understood.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing constructive recommendations on training programs, activities, and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Ensure initiatives are well-understood and accepted, conduct post-implementation analysis to identify improvement areas.
- Develop industry or functional insights, build internal and external networks, and liaise regularly, becoming a sparring partner to the business.
- Assist in coaching junior colleagues, providing guidance and support.
- Complete any tasks assigned by management.

Other Key Requirements
