Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Business Account Manager to own key customer accounts, drive revenue growth, and act as the trusted link between customers and the business. The role offers autonomy, commercial decision-making, and opportunities to upsell while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience in related fields, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Manufacturing, CNC, EMS, or Technical Sales
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills — you understand numbers and close confidently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Willing to travel for customer engagement when required
• Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Own and grow key customer accounts and position yourself as the trusted partner for precision tooling solutions
• Manage Commercial Performance: Pricing, margins, and profitability in collaboration with Finance and Operations
• Lead Cross‑Functional Execution: Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to ensure seamless delivery
• Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends and provide forecasts to shape business direction
