Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements, management reports, and corporate tax filings in compliance with MFRS, tax laws, and internal governance standards.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor reporting and tax processes for efficiency, accuracy, and governance alignment.
• Track changes in standards and tax legislation and assess impacts on operations.
• Provide advisory support for contracts, procurement decisions, and cross-border transactions to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Maintain robust internal controls for reporting and tax compliance and support audits.
