Celestica, Inc. in Penang seeks a Customer Quote Specialist to provide costing and pricing support for new products, generate quotes, and coordinate sign-offs across functions. You will analyze inputs, prepare P&Ls, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and process improvements.

You will train junior analysts, support Global Pricing, and lead bid or business process re-engineering efforts. Strong communication, negotiation, and data-analysis skills are essential to deliver timely, accurate quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance or pricing.
• Experience with costing, pricing, and quote development processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide costing and pricing support for new products and transfers.
• Generate quotes with inputs from related functions and obtain sign-offs.
• Support pricing activities, including cost and P&L evaluation.
• Lead or facilitate bid and business process improvement initiatives.
• Train junior analysts and communicate effectively with internal/external customers.
