Based in Johor, this pivotal role offers the chance to manage and plan strategic projects that will expand market presence, drive sales growth, and strengthen the company’s brand positioning.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee project management and administration, including reviewing timelines, reports, and financials to ensure projects are on track and compliant with plans.
- Identify and resolve risks or issues by ensuring corrective actions are executed effectively.
- Manage the development and overall administration of operating budgets, and oversee regular cost and productivity analysis.
- Manage and ensure effective communication between project teams and stakeholders at critical stages of project implementation.
- Manage the full scope of project deliverables in alignment with objectives, working with senior management to define and achieve project goals.
- Manage project proposals and initiate projects with senior management to ensure deliverables align with the organization’s strategic vision and objectives.
- Manage the identification, securing, and coordination of internal and external resources and expertise to achieve project objectives.
- Establish credibility as a leader within the Strategic Projects team and the wider organization, while identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to support the Group’s vision and goals.
- Manage all project stakeholders by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong working relationships, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout project activities.
- Lead and guide the team by setting clear priorities, leveraging individual strengths, and supporting them through complex situations, while fostering growth through coaching, mentoring, and a culture of collaboration.
- Manage the Department’s resources and budget effectively.
- Supervise personnel through work allocation, training, and enforcement of procedures, while resolving issues, evaluating performance, recommending actions, and motivating staff to achieve peak productivity.
- Design, establish, and maintain an effective organizational structure, overseeing the recruitment, development, and deployment of talent to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide reports to Senior Management on departmental deliverables, linking outcomes to the Group’s vision and goals.
