Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Planner to manage the production schedule for shared equipment and convert customer orders into actionable plans. You will work closely with site managers to prioritize orders and monitor daily loading, expediting materials as needed to meet shipping deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong planning, analytical, and communication skills to maintain high WIP accuracy and smooth production flow across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in production planning, operations, engineering or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Solid planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Command the production schedule for shared equipment resources.
• Liaise with site focus factory managers to prioritize work orders.
• Translate customer orders into production schedules and monitor daily loading.
• Expedite materials and schedules to ensure on‑time shipments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve issues.
