Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• At least 5 years in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
• Experience in financial services preferred (insurance/banking).
• Experience with procurement systems; Coupa is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate.
• Excellent organizational skills; can work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement procurement strategies and operating models to deliver value.
• Manage categories including IT, advertising, HR, travel, services.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support vendor selection, negotiations, and contract reviews.
• Develop tender strategies and documentation for approvals.
• Enhance procurement systems and processes.
