Responsibilities

• Own pricing and portfolio management across Motor and Non-Motor lines, balancing technical adequacy, market competitiveness, risk appetite and profitability
• Analyze portfolio performance, claims trends, pricing adequacy and market movements to identify opportunities and actions
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Finance and Product Development to improve profitability and market positioning
• Develop and enhance pricing models, databases, monitoring tools and management reports to improve analytics and pricing consistency
• Prepare and present pricing recommendations and profitability insights to Senior Management and governance committees
