Job summary

FELDA in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Manager of Strategic Planning to lead the group’s short-, mid-, and long-term plans and drive annual budgeting and forecasting across units.

You will develop KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards, monitor performance, and prepare Board papers with insights and recommendations. The role requires strong governance awareness and multi-priority management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; professional qualifications add advantage.
• 6–10 years’ experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or performance management.
• Experience in KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans.
• Drive annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting across units.
• Develop and maintain performance monitoring frameworks with KPIs and dashboards.
• Prepare performance reports, management presentations, and Board papers.
• Support transformation initiatives through performance tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate to align strategies and conduct market benchmarking for decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and governance compliance; drive reporting improvements.
