Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in supporting the execution and operationalisation of mental health initiatives in Singapore / Malaysia, working closely with our Strategic Partnerships Team in the relevant markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team and contribute to projects that create measurable social impact across Southeast Asia.

  • Support the planning and implementation of strategic partnership projects across key sectors including but not limited to: healthcare, education, community, and government
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and operationalise projects
  • Assist in the scoping of partnerships and development of proposals tailored to partner needs
  • Set up and manage partnership trials, pilots, and ongoing engagements, including account creation and onboarding
  • Track and report on project progress and outcomes through regular data analysis and reporting
  • Provide on-the-ground support for operational rollouts and partner engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular partner check-ins, reviews, and engagement sessions
  • Explore and support the implementation of long-term, sustainable partnership models.


Requirements

  • Education: University graduate. A degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong project management and implementation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills along with consultative and analytical strengths
  • Ability to work within a startup environment
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
  • Based in Malaysia or Vietnam, with ability to work virtually across international teams and in-person locally as needed
  • Experience in dealing with healthcare, community, government, educational organisations is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or operational roles is a plus
