Position Overview
The Manager – Strategic Operations is accountable for overseeing the end-to-end management of digital initiatives, strategic projects, and key partnerships. This role focuses on leadership, team coordination, vendor oversight, and operational governance to ensure high-impact delivery of business solutions. The role drives results through structured team management, stakeholder alignment, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Project Management team
- Provide leadership to the Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee all assigned Project Managers/projects.
- Assign suitable project managers or engineers and ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation including project plans, timelines, design specs, test cases, method statements, and product specifications are completed and approved.
- Strategize and plan execution phases to meet project goals efficiently.
- Manage project change requests and variation orders to align with customer and business expectations.
- Monitor and control project delivery timelines and budgets.
- Oversee project claim collections and maintain healthy project cash flow.
- Ensure smooth project closure, including final documentation and customer sign-off.
2. Lead Strategic Alliance Development (Partner Management)
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure all partner accounts are in good standing.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date partner certifications.
- Coordinate partner training and certification programs.
- Manage marketing funds and rebates efficiently.
3. Manage Digital Business Development
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare tailored digital solution proposals.
- Appoint and manage developers and third-party vendors to ensure project delivery within the stipulated timeframe.
- Oversee the post-deployment maintenance and support of digital solutions.

Qualifications:

- Track record of driving operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise networking system, digital platforms, IoT, mobile/web application ecosystems, (from a business perspective)
