Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Malaysia seeks a talented Materials Program Manager II to ensure material readiness and flow across the full product lifecycle. You will partner with planning, production, engineering and supply chain to identify risks, manage critical parts, and optimize material strategies for on-time builds.

The role leads cross-functional efforts to resolve shortages, implement sourcing and inventory programs, and drive supplier performance through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing purchasing and materials management.
• Strong purchasing experience in commodity management with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Willing to collaborate with US counterparts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience as Materials Program Manager or Procurement.
• Familiarity with SAP and BOM structures; proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material readiness to support program objectives across the full product lifecycle.
• Partner with planning, production, engineering and supply chain to identify risks and optimize material strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and implement sourcing and inventory programs.
• Develop and manage material risk analysis, BOM planning, and supplier roadmaps.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive mitigation plans to maintain on-time build schedules.
• Track KPIs and generate reports for program status and material issues.
