Responsibilities

Make an impact

  • Align Marketing Strategies with Business Goals: Ensure marketing strategies support the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Strategy Formation and Implementation: Develop and execute tactical marketing plans to optimize resources and drive success.
  • Driven Data on Marketing Assessment Decisions: Lead and promote the use of metrics and critical review to improve future marketing strategies.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify their needs, issues, and concerns, and lead the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support communication of business information and decisions.
  • Oversee Campaign Effectiveness: Manage a portfolio of campaigns (advertising, promotion, other marketing) and ensure the execution of marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize Budget and Resources: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to align with business priorities.
  • Performance Management & Development of Marketing Capabilities: Evaluate team members' capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize development activities for the marketing team.
