Job Responsibilities

Monitor and assess current operations workflows Identify areas for process improvement Develop and implement optimization strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations Conduct regular systems audits and generate reports Investigate, root cause and drive preventive action on operational issues Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Design and implement KPI to measure operational performance Train staff on new operational procedures Manage project timelines and resource allocation Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Analyze data to inform decision-making processes Coordinate with external vendors and service providers Implement and maintain industry best practices

Qualifications

Experience in process optimization or lean manufacturing Proficiency with operations management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) Experience in a related industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, software) Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods Experience with automation technologies Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar role Strong technical aptitude and understanding of systems engineering Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication and presentation skills
