Job summary

Metier Food is hiring for a Relationship Management role in Malaysia to grow local distribution and strengthen enterprise accounts. The candidate will lead new customer acquisition, collaborate with marketing and R&D, and drive data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility and shelf presence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Data Analytics, FMCG experience, strong communication, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Data Analytics or related field.
Demonstrated experience in Channel Management/ Business Development or similar role.
Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customer accounts to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
New Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage new local chain accounts to broaden product distribution and expand market presence.
Business Development: Seek and capitalize on opportunities to acquire shelf space, drive trade activities, and promote campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and promo effectiveness.
Data Analysis: Use data analytics to evaluate customer behavior and market conditions to identify opportunities.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns swiftly to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to support new product development and campaigns.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics to provide insights.
Customer Retention: Design strategies to foster loyalty and sustained value.
