Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd seeks a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow and strengthen key customer partnerships across retail channels in Malaysia.

You will deliver sales and profitability targets, develop strategic account plans, manage trade investments, and collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Supply Chain to execute plans in market. This role offers broad exposure and a path to advance within a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or FMCG sales.
• Experience managing pharmacy, Modern Trade, General Trade, or other major retail accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales and profitability targets across assigned key accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and key customer stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations including trading terms, promotional plans, and trade spend.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, product performance, and account profitability.
• Manage sales forecasting and work cross-functionally to ensure healthy stock flow and availability.
• Maximise product visibility through assortment, merchandising, promotions, displays, and new product launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify risks and opportunities.
