AIA Shared Services is seeking a senior IT Audit professional in Kuala Lumpur to assess information systems controls and ensure policy compliance. You will manage IT audit jobs per GIA standards and contribute to building a Group IT audit team with cybersecurity expertise.

The role requires 15+ years in IT audit or related fields, with CISSP/CISA/CISM certifications, and strong English communication. This is a high-impact position within a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certificates CISSP/CISA/CISM with strong IT controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess effectiveness of controls in information systems to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage IT audit jobs per GIA Standards.
• Contribute to building a Group IT audit team with cybersecurity knowledge.
• Adjust IT audit plans to changing IT controls and risks.
• Build strong relationships with IT Management to track risks.
• Prepare audit reports with fieldwork auditors.
• Lead discussions on issues and remediation with management.
• Follow up on outstanding audit issues and ensure timely remedial actions.
• Partner with financial auditors on IT controls in key processes.
• Coach and develop junior staff and participate in trainings.
