Job summary

Woh Hup Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals. You will partner with leaders to provide advisory support, drive performance, and nurture a capable workforce across the company.

As an HRBP, you will manage employee relations, talent development, recruitment and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring policy adherence and compliance in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• HR certification (SHRM/CIPD/MIHRM) is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP/Generalist).
• Multinational/MNC experience is a plus.
• Experience in a matrix organisation with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate business strategies into HR initiatives.
• Build strong relationships and provide strategic HR support across the lifecycle.
• Advise on employee relations, performance, talent development, and planning.
• Develop talent pipelines through recruitment, onboarding and leadership development.
• Coordinate performance management, salary reviews and leadership assessments.
• Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across units.
