Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Malaysia is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to drive end-to-end technical delivery for complex B2B commerce and customer portal transformations. You will guide squads, manage risk, and act as a hands-on leader influencing customers and stakeholders.

You will design scalable architectures, embed observability, and own CI/CD pipelines on AWS/Azure, balancing build, migration, and production readiness across frontend, backend, and data layers.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in designing, building, and operating highly available, scalable distributed systems.
• Strong experience with B2B commerce capabilities and customer portals.
• Experience embedding observability and lifecycle ownership into delivery.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines on AWS/Azure and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Transformation: Owns end-to-end technical delivery of complex B2B commerce and customer portal transformation programme - from detailed design through build, migration, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manages delivery risk, sequencing, and dependencies across squads.
• Data: Engineers data-intensive solutions and integration flows across enterprise systems.
• Builds secure, governed, and interoperable data pipelines with strong quality, lineage, and observability.
