Job summary

KGiSL, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks an experienced technology leader to drive end-to-end delivery for complex B2B commerce and customer portal transformations. You will steer engineering teams through design, build, migration, cutover, and hypercare while managing risk and dependencies across squads.

You will architect data-driven solutions, ensure governance and observability, and embed lifecycle ownership within delivery.

Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise technology, security, and operations in large-scale environments.
3+ years in a technical leadership role.
6+ years in B2B order-to-cash portal transformations.
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end tech solutions aligned to architecture.
Front-end, back-end, database, and integration delivery.
CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Transformation: Owns end-to-end technical delivery of complex B2B commerce and customer portal transformation programmes, from detailed design through build, migration, cutover, and hypercare.
Manages delivery risk, sequencing, and dependencies across squads.
Data: Engineers data-intensive solutions and integration flows across enterprise systems; builds secure, governed data pipelines with quality, lineage, and observability.
