Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in fresh food procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing to maintain profitability.
• Work closely with warehouse & logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and freshness standards are met.
• Analyse sales reports, manage SKU assortment, and implement promotional strategies.
• Ensure all products comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
