Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in manufacturing industry advantageous.
• Professional qualification or bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support planning.
• Analyse performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and senior management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to optimise revenue, costs and margins.
