Job summary

Haleon, a leading consumer health company, invites applications for a Planning & Forecast Analyst based in Petaling Jaya. You will support planning and forecasting for the market, including annual and monthly forecasts, and prepare monthly management reports for the market FD.

You will build and maintain financial models, perform variance analysis, and provide insightful commentary to improve P&L and cash flow performance. This role suits a detail-oriented FP&A professional with FMCG context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, IT.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar operating model and e-commerce.
• Experience in FP&A/FBP and FMCG preferred.
• Strong commercial sense and business knowledge.
• Expertise in creating or extracting information from/to Excel with advanced formulas.
• Proficient in financial analysis, modelling and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working across a matrix environment and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly forecast (CMF), Annual Business Planning (ABP), Standards Setting (FLIP) and ad-hoc tasks.
• Prepare monthly Sales, CoGs, A&P, OPEX (P&L) and Cash Flow forecasts.
• Create, update and maintain financial models for monthly and quarterly forecasts (CCC).
• Perform variance analysis to explain performance and inform improvements.
• Provide variance commentaries for P&L and balance sheet vs Actuals, ABP, LY and prior forecast.
• Submit CMF and ABP into BISON and manage annual cost Flip process.
• Prepare internal management reports (e.g. MPR) for executive leadership.
