Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a commercially focused Cost Manager to support large-scale semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects. The role emphasizes cost management, procurement activities, and strong governance across project lifecycles.

You will handle cost planning, tender management, contract administration, and commercial reporting while collaborating with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure delivery objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Commercial Management, or Project Controls.
• MRICS, RISM or equivalent accreditation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cost Planning, budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost reports throughout delivery.
• Lead procurement strategies, tender documentation, bid evaluations, and contract support.
• Monitor budgets, identify commercial risks and provide cost guidance for decisions.
• Manage change control and variations with financial impact assessments.
• Support procurement governance and maintain trackers and records.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers on commercial matters.
