Job summary

Advanced Energy in Malaysia seeks an experienced supply chain professional to lead and optimize manufacturing, procurement, and logistics for contract manufacturers. You will ensure continuity of supply of quality product and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, planning and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, strong SAP knowledge, and a track record in cost control and supplier performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing and Operations Management.
APICS CPIM Certification strongly desired.
Six-Sigma training/ Green Belt certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide management support for CM businesses and procurement activities.
Primary contact point of internal workflows and escalations within AE factories for assigned CM.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal and external.
Oversees Supplier performance governance on OTDIF and Quality.
Commercial and System Data Management—quotes analysis, CN/DN processing, PPV management, supplier audits.
Primary contact for CM support from internal AE teams (Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, Planning, Operations).
Acts as the primary owner of supply to AE’s factories for assigned CM products.
Cooperates with Commodity Managers to coordinate supply chain, meet cost targets and ensure timely delivery.
