Job summary

Rethink Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to manage key client relationships, translate briefs into campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will identify opportunities to add value, collaborate with internal teams, and drive strategic planning and execution to meet client objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, a proven client-facing track record, fluency in English and Malay, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record as an Account Executive or similar role in an agency or marketing firm.
• Fluency in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships as the primary contact for client interactions.
• Identify opportunities to add value to clients' campaigns and strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead planning and implementation of new marketing initiatives to grow revenue.
