Job summary

C27 is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive successful advertising campaigns in Malaysia. You will coordinate with creative, media and vendor teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in advertising account management, a marketing or related degree, and a proven ability to own client outcomes. This role emphasizes analytics, data-driven decisions, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in advertising account management.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Portfolio composition of T2 majority portfolio OR > RM250k portfolio value.
• Positive and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Advanced competency on project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with trends and developments
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for more significant accounts.
• Understand clients' advertising needs, objectives, and challenges to develop effective campaigns.
• Lead collaboration with internal teams, including creative, media, and vendors, to ensure the highest level of campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the development and monitoring of budgets, timelines, and action plans, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and timely delivery.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to clients, articulating strategic insights, creative solutions, and campaign results effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate this knowledge into advertising strategies.
• Create and present detailed, strategic progress and performance reports, providing high-level insights and recommendations to drive client success and satisfaction.
